Translation into Vietnamese language

Dear Administrator,

I am trying to start a new translation initiative of Indico into Vietnamese language. I submitted a request for this new language in the Indico project on Transifex but the request is still pending. Can you please approve it or let me know if you need additional information?

I see there are two language requests, one for vi and one for vi_VN. Which one would you like to add?

Thank you for getting back to me. It seems I submitted two requests as I am not sure which one support UTF-8. I would like to go with vi_VN for now.

I added the language on Transifex, feel free to send a request to join the language

Thank you for your quick turnaround. I go to the Indico group on Transifex and the Vietnamese language remains pending approval as in the attached.
