How to allow a paper file to be sent again after the paper file has been submitted

Greetings,

I am writing to inquire about the process of uploading a paper file again after the paper file has been submitted.
Authors have asked to resubmit a new file after they submitted the paper file. They made some adjustments and would like to submit the newer version of the paper.

kindly provide assistance to this matter.

It needs to be judged as “To be corrected”; only then the author can submit a new revision.
