In analogy to other Categories, I would like to suggest to have sub-categories “de”, “pt” (and “fr”, …) here. Putting all discussions regarding one language into a single thread (which is called Topic here, IIUC) seems clumsy to me.
What do you think?

IMO it’d make more sense to do that when there’s enough activity for a specific language - otherwise we just add many categories/forums with maybe just one or two topics in there.

Yes, the expected big rush on i18n discussions has not come yet.
