Upgrade from 2.1.9 to 2.1.11 - User instructions?

OK – we now have a stable 2.1.9 release of Indico which we are using in TEST, this includes two customised plugins and some additional customised code. We do not intend to promote this any further until we have gone to 2.1.11

We have 2.1.8 on PROD – a couple of our own changes, but there is no payment plugins on this release.

I am now in the position to upgrade from 2.1.9 to 2.1.11 to fix the security issue identified and wondered if there were any upgrade instruction related to this – the only ones I can see are those for 2.2.x where we do not wish to go at the moment.

This would then go through our TEST / UAT /PROD cycle

Just follow the normal upgrade guide. But in this case, all you need to do is pip install 'indico<2.2' (that will give you the latest 2.1.x version) and then restart uwsgi and celery.
