Unable to view images after upgrade from 2.3 to 3.2

Hi, i’m unable to view event images after a successful upgrade. Please assist

The images corresponding to each events’ description isn’t loading, though everything else seem fine.

any error when trying to open the image directly? anything in your web server logs?

can you share the url to your indico server where the problem happens?

When checking a specific file as suggested (e.g. this one), there’s a more verbose error:

StorageError: Could not send “event/141/images/279-Twitter_Social_Media_2B.png”: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: ‘/opt/indico/archive/event/141/images/279-Twitter_Social_Media_2B.png’

Make sure that your STORAGE_BACKENDS in indico.conf are correct and in case you moved servers you copied make sure you copied the /opt/indico/archive.

From which version did you update?
