Unable to send email to abstract submitters

Hi all,

I am trying to send an email to all abstract submitters, but the “Send” button is greyed out. Any idea where I should look?

I had this issue just this week as well!
I did not manage to fix it but was able to bypass it by: selecting each abstract > author list > reselecting (you can select all since it should keep your selection) > Send email (at the bottom, this one should not be greyed out).

Thanks for the hint. It is a bit cumbersome the first time but it has the benefit of being rather flexible whom you want to send en email to - and it works!
