The email portation of indico is not working

I’m not getting any notifiication even when one my other admin create an account . How do check if the email functions at all.

I was having one of my users create conference but there no notification what people submit the abstract. I’m afraid the email is not working …please help.

Check indico.log and celery.log. If celery is running properly there should be an entry in there.

Also, use the “Reminder” feature in your event to send yourself an email for testing. You can check the log in the management area of the event as well; next to the email log entry there’s an icon with an envelope - check what color it has.

Great.It seems working now - checked the event and saw the email sent. like the remainder feature for testing email.
