Something went wrong (200) error

Folks,

I try to include jpeg (900 x 600 pixels) image on a customized page by following procedures;

  1. From “Customization” → “Images” → “Upload images”, the jpeg file was uploaded.
  2. Then copy the link.
  3. On the customized page, the jpeg file was included by pasting link and I clicked “Save”.
  4. Then the “Something went wrong (200)” popup appeared.

Are there any restrictions of file types, size, aspect ratio, or resolutions?
If anybody knows relating information, please let me know.

Thanks,
Yuichi

No, there shouldn’t be any such restrictions on embedding a file. Can you by any chance reproduce this on https://sandbox.getindico.io so we can have a look?

Hi ThiefMaster,

Thanks for your reply.

Currently we are using a limited version of the indico platform and I wondered if it was compatible with the original indico platform.
Therefore, to avoid unnecessary effort and confusion, I will refrain from uploading materials to https://sandbox.getindico.io this time.

Instead of uploading the image and then pasting the link to import the image, as I introduced in the first post, I switched to the method of directly importing the image from “Edit page” → “Show more items” → “Insert image”, and found that the message “Something went wrong (200)” no longer appeared and the image could be pasted normally.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude for any helpful advice on how to resolve the issue.
The above method may already be common knowledge to those in this community, but I would be honored if it helps in some way.

Thanks,
Yuichi

I’m not sure what you mean with this…

I apologize for the lack of explanation.

The Indico platform used at my research institute (KEK) has some limited functionality compared to the original platform, and in addition, the research institute’s own web application firewall seems to judge attempts to post images via link as an external attack and reject them.

Thanks,
Yuichi
