We were wondering if it is possible to include the affiliation of participants in the timetable (to be specific, in this timetable: https://indico.epfl.ch/event/2/timetable/#20260609.detailed)
Our professor has pointed out that the timetable is good for recruitment, but would be even better if we could show off where our participants are coming from

As you can probably see, the space there is very limited. So nope, not really possible.
FWIW we plan to redesign this very outdated timetable view eventually, so depending on how we end up doing it, it may be possible to show it.
But since it’s not relevant for what the timetable is meant for, maybe there are better alternatives.

The more I look at Indico the harder it is to imagine how many hours of work have gone into it over the decades.
The meeting-like timetable is perfect for our needs.
