This is not possible. We do not allow any “active” content (iframes, javascript, etc.) on custom pages for security reasons, so embedding youtube videos is not possible.

Can we embed videos that already uploaded into the Indico system?
Also, is possible to add video using Markdown syntax.

Is this still not possible?
I just received a request from our event organisers that want to embed a video into a page and my attempts aren’t working.

Conference on Computing in High Energy and Nuclear Physics (19-25 October 2024): General · Indico CHEP24 seems to have some active content on the main page, any idea how this was done?
