Set default visibility for participants list

Hi,
is there a way to change the default values of “Visibility to participants” and “Visibility to everyone” drop-down menus when creating a new registration form in a conference event?

Defaults seem to be “Hide all participants”, is there the possibility to change them from admin side? I mean, is this configurable in some way?
