How do I activate “send invitation” in Participant Roles?
This button is only used if you have e.g. speakers with no Indico account; clicking the button will then send them an email asking them to create an Indico account. So with an empty speaker list the button would be useless, so it’s disabled.
Oh, I got it! So, If I like to send an invitation to potential reviewers or evaluators, can I send it through the system?
If they aren’t added to the event yet, then no - Indico has no generic mass mailing functionality…
