I wonder if in can select from a group of admins, say 4 or 5, just 2 to receive notifications/e-mail’s.

What do you mean with admins? Event managers (those are not admins as far as indico is concerned ;))? If yes, then no, there is no option to have notifications that go to all managers only sent to some of them.
