Rights on room booking

Is they are the same rights «concept» in the Room Booking module than the indico event «tree» ?
For example can I have a «tree» of location “Site” → “Building” → “floor” → “room”
and for each site a group of user who can «manage» everything «under» a site, same as Building etc.
When I talk about «manage» it’ s not only grant a booking but really create room/floor etc.

No, there is no permission tree in the Room Booking module.

The only hierarchy that exists that each Room belongs to a Location (venue). But a Location does not have any kind of permissions/ACLs. There is no concept of buildings (it’s just metadata on rooms) or similar.
