Restoring indico from copy of previous indico folder

Dear experts,

I’d like to ask to restore indico from previous indico files.

My server is suddenly halted and HDD (contains indico is installed) is broken. So I changed it and try to reinstall indico.
I only have old indico data, it means the hard copy of /opt/indico folder.
(I think that I missed postgres data.)

How can I restore them?

if you don’t have a database backup there’s nothing to restore… uploaded files are in /opt/indico/archive but without the db they’re pretty useless
