I encountered this when clicking on the Paypal button. What should have been the issue?

This is not an error message that exists in Indico. Can you please provide a screenshot of the actual error message (so we can also where where it happens, ie Indico or Paypal)?
It seems the issue is with the currency. Paypal might have not accepted that currency. I changed it to USD and was successfully redirected to the Paypal website. I will consider developing a plugin for a local payment gateway. Thank you for your quick response anyway.
