In the Indico 3.3 release message you mentioned a new “Document Templates” module which supports the generation of fully customizable PDF documents for event participants such as receipts and certificates of attendance.
Where can I find it?

If you do not have admin privileges on your instance, you need to ask an admin to create/clone a template for you.
