Missing email notifications for organizers

Dear Indico community, we have faced with the following problem. As conference organizers (“registration manager” role) we want to receive email notifications when someone submit the abstract, when abstract is reviewed etc. But all these emails are missing and we can’t find anything relevant in any of the Settings pages.

Maybe there is some low-level setting in config files (whether to send or not these emails)? Or should we analyze indico.log?

In Call for Abstracts, you can set up custom notifications (you’ll need to have the abstract manager role for this):

When you edit the email text, there is an option to add additional CC addresses:

Dear troun, thank you for giving a solution. Would it be possible to improve Indico, and let each manager configure their own notifications preferences, or to configure a general manager notification address. (It would be configured outside of Indico, who to add to that functional address.) Kind regards, Paul
