Minutes - date of change not visible for everyone

Dear Indico users,

Is there a way/configuration to make this date available for everyone?

I see it is visible for Managers of the category (and Administrators) but not for the rest of users that access the content.

There’s no easy way to show this to everyone without overriding a whole template that contains the macros responsible for displaying all the note/minutes-related stuff (NOT a good idea since it may break stuff during updates if we change something there as well)
