What is the suggested plan for keeping the podman/latex install up to date?
Does “indico maint pull-latex-image” pull the latest latex image, or a specific version? So that I could run that regularly or in the second case whenever I upgrade indico?

We hardcoded a version (assuming that people almost certainly never updated the global texlive installation before either)…
So we’ll bump that version when releasing updated Indico versions though. If you want a newer one earlier, you can override the image name though.

I will leave it at upgrading in sync with indico.
