Is it possible to download all documents attached to an event in one click

Is it possible with Indico to download all the materials attached to contributions in “one click” (without going through all contributions).

There is a possibility to do that. You have to go to Materials page in the event management area. There you will be able to create a Material Package. It is quite limited but might meet your requirements.

Thanks! It is not quite why I was looking for (a magic button in Indico allowing anyone to generate the zip on demand with the last version of the documents). But it definitely helps to generate a zip file that reflects the “last state”.

Any user can generate the package from the event’s page. There’s a button in the top bar that does that.

Thanks! I just realized that (I missed your reply yesterday), it is exactly what I was looking for… Button was probably too big :smile:
