When I try to send a reminder to invited people using the reminder button in Indico, nothing happens. It looks ok but there is no mail coming? Any ideas?
Check your browser console for errors.
Also, on which version are you? What’s the URL to your Indico instance?
We have updated to 3.3.8 first, but there we got quite som errors, went back to 3.3.6 but reminders still do not work.
Sorry, but I cannot help you if you do not provide mote details than “some errors”. 
FWIW, it’s crucial that you go back to 3.3.8 to avoid running on an outdated version with known security problems.
Then, if you let me know what errors you got (also see my question regarding the browser console), I’m sure I or one of my colleagues can help you figuring out what’s wrong.
PS: Just in case you use a docker-based deployment, make sure you get the latest changes from the indico-containers repo as we fixed a bug where you may have ended up using outdated client resources.
