I’m currently organizing our conference using the Indico system and I’m looking for a way to include the Paper IDs in the emails we send to authors and participants.
I have explored the Indico system, but I haven’t found a way to achieve this. Can anyone provide guidance on how to automatically include Paper IDs in our email templates?

There is no separate “paper ID”. I guess you meant the contribution ID?
When contacting registrants, you cannot include such data (since there is no hard link between registrants and everything else). Just in case you meant that with “participants”.
However, when you use the email options from the contributions page, you can use placeholders such as {contribution_id} (please see the list of placeholders below the field).
