How do I keep login sessions of Indico on 2 servers?

I am using Indico 2.2.8.

I run Indico on a Active/Backup cluster servers.
When Active goes down, Backup become to Active and serves Indico.

I faced that Active goes down, the login users are logouted all of them.
How do I keep login sessions of Indico between Active and Backup ?

You need to use a shared Redis server between the two instances.

It is resolved by changing Redis’s “dir” setting from local directory to shared directory.
