We only have invited speakers in our conference. Is it possible to invite them to submit the abstracts without opening a “call for abstracts?”. At least is it possible to open the call for abstracts but not showing the link on the main page?
You have a few options:
- just hide the link via LaYout-> menu
- Create a call for abstracts, and just invite the speakers. They will be able to submit an abstract even if the submission is not opend.
- combine both
