Has anyone successfully installed Indico development version using Vagrant (Windows)?

I have done so several times. One key issue encountered by me is inability to get a synced folder working correctly. Is there an alternate method for local development of Indico (Windows or Linux). How have you set up your environment?

Could you please guide me. I want to contribute to this project. But before that, I want to tinker with the existing system to understand how it is built.

i don’t use vagrant, but if you have windows on the desktop i strongly suggest using vscode with its remote development feature (which can e g. ssh into your VM/container). no need to keep any of the Indico code directly on windows that way.
