Group to just allow creating conferences?

In Indico 3.1.x, it looks like there are normal users and administrators. Users don’t seem to be able to create events, so would need to be made administrators, giving them rights to also delete existing administrators. How do organizations manage these rights?

You can grant event creation permissions to specific users/groups in a category’s ACL, or you can remove the restriction so all users can create events.
