There is no real error message when a mandatory field is not filled in. The fields turn red one by one, so participants won’t understand if there’s no error message.
They may close the page and lose all the work they have done answering the form.
Is there a way of setting up an error message when mandatory fields are not filled in?

Which page are you talking about? Registration form? Contribution creation? Abstract submission?
In the registration form, there is no real error message when a mandatory field is not filled in. The fields turn red one by one, so participants won’t understand if there’s no error message.
When I’m at the bottom of my form and I click on registration, it doesn’t validate but I don’t get an error message. I have to go back to the top to see that there’s a problem.
