we want to send e-mails via the registration list on Indico. For example housing and travel information for participants. Is it possible to generate e-mail templates in Indico?
And another question: If I choose the button “From” why doesn’t the e-mail appear in my “Send” folder at Outlook? Is there anything I can do to change that?
No, there’s no support to save and re-use email templates.
The “From” address is only what’s “written on the envelope”. Indico has no way to put an email in your Outlook “sent” folder (I’m sure spammers would love that ability! ;)). You can add yourself to CC if you want to get a copy of each mail sent, but it won’t be in your “Sent” folder unless you move it there.
