Custom CSS button is disabled by default!

HI,

I use a custom css for my conferences, and i notice that the custom css is disable and i cannot activated, the button just don’t work in the frontedn, when i inspect the HTML i see that the html flag disabled is set for this button!!

I don’t exactly when this happen, but it happens after some update, how can I make the Custom CSS possible to activate by the admins of the event? This comes from any part of the Indico Configuration? Soudl i change a indico file template?

Going to the layout to add a custom css the button I cannot change the button state because is disable:

If i inspect the HTML code of the page i see this code on it:
{28EF26D1-FC8B-482F-982E-BED2EB959A5B}

So for some reason this this button is disabled somewhere in some template or some configuration.
This may happen in some updeate, because i have old events where we add our own css.
