How can I create an anonymous voting ballot? (Not a survey)

That’s not a feature Indico provides (nor is it in the scope of “event/conference management” which is what Indico is about…)
I didn’t know that. Someone in one of our other Divisions was able to create one, so I thought it was an option. Thank you
