Cookies pop up notification

Hello.
We need to use indico as a submission application.
I need to enable a popup with the accept and deny buttons.

Also, does it use web beacons?
I have to put up a page regarding privacy information.

Indico does not do any kind of tracking (no web beacons etc. either). IANAL but AFAIK you do not need cookie consent for technically required cookies such as session cookies.
