Contributions to Documentation

Hi all,

I’m new here, but am a long-time user of Indico, since when it was used in EGEE.

I am responsible in EGI Foundation for several services offered to our community, including of course https://indico.egi.eu.

This is a legacy installation which we are planning on migrating into a cloud-native platform internally and my task is to do the engineering around it[1]

I would like to know if there is any desire or need for contributions to the Indico documentation which I might be inclined to contribute to. I’m referring specifically to documentation for deployment – currently called “installation” on the docs page

For example - I there doesn’t seem to be prominent mention of Indico Containers, which was a nice starting point for me.

I could envision a few deployment scenarios which, if documented appropriately, might help the community modernise deployments along with changing infrastructure.

In the interest of being a good community member, can the maintainers or the maintainers of the documentation express whether this kind of contribution would be welcome? Happy to discuss.

Thanks for a great product
