Community Manager - Looking for candidates

:globe_with_meridians: Community Governance & Open Role: Community Manager

As part of Indico’s Governance Policy, one key role is that of the Community Manager — a position that is currently open. We’re looking for a motivated community member who’s interested in stepping into this role and helping us shape the future of Indico.

:warning: Please note: This is not a paid position, nor an official role at CERN or within the Indico Project. It’s a voluntary function intended for existing community members who are willing and able — with their employer’s agreement — to contribute some of their time to support and coordinate community efforts.

:hammer_and_wrench: Responsibilities include:

  • Co-organizing the Indico Workshops

  • Organizing the annual online community meeting

  • Supporting and tracking progress across various interest groups (e.g. translations, joint developments)

  • Participating in the Consultative Board
