I suggest posting a screenshot, it’s not clear at all which button you mean.
In any case, you usually cannot change the text of random buttons in Indico, unless you manager the Indico server, AND are willing to build it yourself - which quickly gets annoying for updates, so just to change a button text it may not be a good idea.
This isn’t standard Indico… according to the background image it appears to be the United Nations Indico instance.
What are you actually trying to do? As a user or event organizer you cannot change global settings like the button on the page to create an Indico profile.
I have configured indico. While user trying to create their profile this page comes after email id verification. My requirement is to change the text of button which is just before cancel button
What exactly do you mean with “configured Indico”?
Anyway, if you run your own Indico, AND build the package yourself (ie you have a local dev setup as well), then just search for the text that’s currently the button’s label and you will almost certainly find the place in the code where it’s defined…
