Right now we have Locations with both physical and Zoom rooms in our Indico, since sometimes people only need a physical space, or a Zoom room, or both. So as to facilitate booking for hybrid events I created a Location called Hybrid, in which I recreated the physical rooms with the attribute of Zoom link.
The thing is that, whether I create an event in a Zoom Room or in Hybrid (both with the atributes of Zoom Link), the link doesn’t appear anywhere automatically in the event. I have to manually add it in the event → Settings → Address. Isn’t there a way for Indico to absorb the Zoom Link attribute of the booked room into the Address field of the settings of the event?
