I’m noticing that in the “Call for Abstracts” notifications, the {event_url} still displays the original URL instead of the Short URL I set. Could someone please help me look into this?

that’s normal, the short url is mainly meant for you to share, not to replace the regular one throughout indico
Yes, I understand. However, currently there are many phishing emails, and if the conference URL in the email the users receive doesn’t match the URL I shared, it may cause confusion or mistrust among users.
