422 Error on abstract submission

Hi!

We’ve started seeing (it wasn’t reported before yesterday, but that doesn’t mean it definitely didn’t happen) 422 errors when people try to submit abstracts here: https://events.digital-research.academy/event/111/abstracts/#submit-abstract

I also get a 422 error when I click “Settings” or “Roles” here: https://events.digital-research.academy/event/111/manage/abstracts/

If I dismiss the error and continue on as normal, everything seems to work fine (I did a test abstract submission and it was received).

Any suggestions?

Are you running on a Docker-based deployment? If yes you are almost certainly missing this fix which results in you using an old version of the client-side assets (I checked and you seem to be using the assets from v3.3.5 which I assume you recently updated from).
