User cannot register to event to event an


I have an own instance of indico running. I was contacted that somebody could not register to one of my events as he got an error message on the email field stating that the domain which is used is not valid. What could cause this and is there any proposed solution?


Hi, is outgoing DNS broken on your server by any chance? Indico tries to resolve the domain in an email address to see if it can actually receive emails.

Wow. I guess that was right and it just fixed itself a minute ago. Maybe some hick-ups with DNS.
