Hi I had this strange behaviour, instructions in english and the other block are in english who we solve this issue

In order to get what you want you should provide the text in the desired language. The block of text you provided is not subject to translate.
I’m afraid there is no way to “solve” this atm - Indico has translations for its own texts, but of course it cannot translate anything entered by you. In the future we might consider either providing some way of entering multiple language versions or locking the language of an event (so everything would be in english or french for example).
BTW, since Indico multilangual is pretty much the same, I’m closing this thread.
