Migrating data from a production server

I’ve installed 2.0.3 on a new server and want to migrate the data from the production 1.2. server. I think I can follow the instructions here https://docs.getindico.io/en/stable/installation/upgrade_legacy/, but do I need to copy all the cache files from the production system or will they be re-created as needed?

Besides your ZODB used in the migration, only the archive folder needs to be copied. Anything else (cache, tmp, etc.) is obsolete.
