Manage materials

Hi,

I deleted a file in the “Manage materials for ‘the event’”. Is it suppose to be deleted from the archive too? May I know how this process works? I plan to remove a handful of mp4 files from some events. Thank you in advance.

No, the storage backend is usually write-only. But if you get the storage_file_id from the DB or know the corresponding file it’s safe to delete it manually.
