Issue with event reminder

The event reminder does not work properly. The email notification works fine except the reminders.
The reminder works fine only when I tried to login as a user that I set the email the same as the system email but for other user did not work. I checked the log and see the following error:

“Client does not have permissions to send as this sender”


The user Indico uses to send mail as needs to be authorized to allow any sender - or at least any sender at your domain, that will be used as the sender for reminders.

This can be done using the exchange configuration?

Probably. Best to ask whoever manages your Exchange instance.
