/indico/tmp have a lot of tmp file around 16GB

Dear support,

I found a lot of tmp file under tmp folder around 16GB, when i clean it up, 5-10days will fill up again.

I have one error message as The Celery task scheduler does not seem to be running. This means that email sending and periodic tasks such as event reminders do not work.

pls, give me advice on it, thanks.

Did you actually check what accounts for that 16GB?

Did you check the logs?

fyi, when celery is running properly, old files in tmp are removed automatically
