Custom filters for sending email to selected contributors?

Hi,

I’m wondering whether it’s possible to filter contributions based on abstract fields in the CfA (or registration)? Our use case is to filter based on custom fields in the CfA, then send an email to all contributors of filtered contributions…

I’ve seen https://github.com/indico/indico/issues/1475 but am not sure if this is related (it mentions implementation of this via features, and perhaps I don’t see it due to privileges), and also Abstracts-Filter-Options, and wonder whether there’s been any progress?

unfortunately, at the moment it is not possible. However, we will keep track of it https://github.com/indico/indico/issues/4264
