Adding more cards to category statistics

Hello,

I have been trying to add more statistics to the category statistics page and I haven’t gotten far so far. So is it possible to add more cards to that page and obtain statistics like the number of participants, the affiliated institutions for the participants and the most ran workshops.
If so how can I do it? What files do I need to manipulate to achieve that?

The category statistics page has been completely rewritten in 2.3, so any changes you make there now won’t work after updating. So I would strongly recommend you to wait until we release 2.3 later this year and only then look into making any changes there.
